Our institution will provide an education on the importance of personal growth and self-investment that will afford them opportunities in leadership, higher education, the job-market, business ownership, complex organizations, along with the skills necessary to become better fathers, mothers, husbands and wives through the development of the set of skills:
Personal growth: respect, self-confidence, self-esteem, self-care, nutrition, grooming, posture, attire, hygiene, and how to carry and present themselves.
Discipline: self-actualization, self-defense, physically fit and discovery-development of personal talents and gifts.
The ability of discernment, critical thinking and problem-solving
Social and professional etiquette development
The ability to understand true leadership and to become servant-leaders of valor and virtuosity.
The expertise to lead, influence, and persuade others through effective personal characteristics and spoken communications.
The confidence to make decisions in the face of imperfect situations, competing objectives, and technological change.
The experience of being a RoleModel to others.
An historical and current analysis of the financial landscape of their communities.
The ability to break family generational strongholds of poverty and poor spending habits. This will include, but not limited to, understanding poverty, personal and structural root causes, a written plan of action, apprenticeships, college preparedness etc.
Establish and maintain personal savings and investment accounts.
Understanding how to get out of the “rat race” of paycheck-to-paycheck living and dead-end jobs to a life of successful entrepreneurship.
The insight to recognize the ethical dimensions of organizational and individual decisions.
The sensitivity to recognize that organizational decisions involve teamwork and consensus-building across diverse groups of individuals; and
The awareness that business represents an inherently multinational enterprise that exists without geographical or cultural boundaries.
The ability to recognize smart investments and the confidence to seize the opportunities.
